Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for project research, partner engagement, and execution to ensure effective integration and delivery.
  • Conduct systematic assessments of key factors such as cost, efficiency, and risk to support decision-making and operational optimization.
  • Lead the development of standardized procedures and operational frameworks to ensure consistent and controlled execution across locations.
  • Utilize data analysis to improve inventory structure and storage efficiency, enhancing overall operational performance and cost control.
  • Establish KPIs for overseas warehouse operations and drive continuous performance monitoring and improvement.
  • Design medium- to long-term strategic plans to enhance logistics capabilities and warehouse infrastructure.
  • Implement process monitoring and quality control mechanisms to ensure compliant, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
  • Minimum of 5 years of comprehensive warehouse management experience, with proven experience in the setup or operation of overseas warehouses and familiarity with multi-site warehouse networks;
  • Well-versed in logistics and warehousing environments across key overseas regions, with practical understanding of local policies, labor costs, taxation, and customs procedures;
  • Proficient in mainstream Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), with strong capability in process optimization and standardized management;
  • Strong data analysis skills, able to interpret key warehouse performance indicators and guide operational improvements;
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, capable of independently preparing management reports and conducting cross-border communication and negotiations.
