Job Scope

• Accountable for driving top-line growth and overseeing branch profitability through effective cost control.
• Responsible for the warehouse daily operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of delivery.
• Ensure compliance with legal, customs and industry standards for warehousing, material handling, shipping and safety aspects.
• Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all company assets.
• Collaborate closely with Management on strategic planning for branch operations, including route optimization, manpower allocation, and sales planning.
• Participate in all audits (Quality, Safety and Customers).
• Responsible for the management and ongoing development of all warehouse staff.
• Manage negotiation on pricing and quotation.
• Expand territorial coverage and strengthen the branch’s shipping service network.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in the logistics/warehouse industry
• Demonstrated Leadership skills and Project management skills.
• Experienced in managing overall Warehouse Operation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to converse in Japanese is a plus to engage with Japanese speaking stakeholders.
