Job summary

JOBER PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead scheduling, dispatch, and fleet operations, ensuring timely deliveries and strict regulatory compliance across all routes.

You will supervise drivers, plan routes, monitor vehicle maintenance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining accurate records and reporting. You will coordinate with dispatchers, customers, and management to resolve delays and adapt to change in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and initiative.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change, and stay pragmatic.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and Dispatch: Planning and scheduling deliveries, assigning routes to drivers, and managing dispatch operations.
• Fleet Management: Monitoring vehicle maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing fleet assets.
• Driver Management: Supervising and training drivers, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing issues or concerns.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring adherence to transportation laws, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Problem-solving: Addressing delays, discrepancies, and other operational issues during deliveries.
• Communication: Maintaining communication with drivers, dispatchers, and customers for timely delivery.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant data.
