Job summary

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - FAB 3 is seeking a seasoned Lithography Process Engineer to lead photonics and power-related lithography projects within the Unit Module Development Team.

You will set up processes per technical requirements, drive milestones, and collaborate with equipment and engineering teams to keep mass production running smoothly. The role requires a degree in a relevant engineering field and more than six years of lithography experience, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering field and >6 years lithography experience.
• Experience with Silicon Photonics is a bonus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up lithography processes per technical requirements.
• Lead Lithography module UMD engineers to develop photonics & power processes.
• Troubleshoot issues during process setup and ensure qualification lots run smoothly.
• Work with integration/equipment teams to improve process robustness and stability.
• Transfer process knowledge to engineers/AEs before mass production; deputize as needed.
