Lidl Asia is seeking a creative Product Design professional to assist in the design development process from trend conception to sample development, aligned with strategic timelines.

You will research trends, create moodboards and techpacks, design updates, and collaborate with Merchandising and Quality to ensure samples are ready on schedule. Lidl Asia rewards initiative and offers training opportunities and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in product design, graphics design or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of product development experience.
• Strong sense of typography, fashion sense, design talent and creativity.
• Proactive and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Experience in Ladieswear/Lingerie is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsabilités

• Research new trends and innovations and propose product ideas.
• Create moodboards, artwork cards, techpacks; may include graphics/3D images.
• Design and update products aligned with benchmarks.
• Assist with selecting fabrics and trims.
• Collaborate with Merchandising and Quality for sample readiness.
• Introduce seasonal updates and innovations to drive turnover.
• Present design developments from trend to product as required.
• Manage design and development workflow to meet timelines.
