Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge across disciplines and familiarity with research resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, researchers, and students.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead NTU Course Reserves and curriculum support services with faculty engagement.
• Oversee Social Media Impact Metrics services and engagement data.
• Plan and administer reference, literature and research support services.
• Evaluate Generative AI solutions to improve service delivery.
• Build partnerships with faculty, researchers, Schools and Colleges for outreach.
• Assess teaching and research needs to recommend library services and acquisitions.
• Deliver trainings and consultations with quality search strategies.
