The Role

• Act as a legal business partner for all in-country commercial transactions, with a focus on sales in Singapore and Indonesia.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft sales, partner, and vendor contracts, including standard, bespoke, complex, and enterprise transactions.
• Advise sales leaders and business teams on legal and contractual issues, risks, impacts, and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Law with 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Strong legal and contract analysis skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
