Job description

The Role

• Acting as a Legal business partner for all in-country commercial transactions, with a strong focus on sales in India.

• Structuring, negotiating and drafting sales, partner and vendor contracts and related agreements which can range from standard contracts to bespoke, complex and enterprise transactions.

• Advising sales leaders and other business team members on general legal and contract specific issues and risks, their impact and mitigating actions.

To Qualify

• Degree in Law with minimum 10 - 15 years of experience in related field is required

• Excellent legal & contract analytical skills with a good eye for detail

• Excellent drafting capabilities and negotiation/ communication skills
