The Role:

We are partnering with a diversified group with an expanding global footprint to find a Senior Legal Counsel with a strong focus on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects. In this strategic role, you will provide legal leadership across complex infrastructure and industrial developments, ensuring robust contract management and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Group Head Legal, you will be instrumental in negotiating high-value EPC contracts, managing legal risks, and supporting project execution across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 8–12 years’ post-qualification experience (Singapore Bar), with a strong track record in both private practice and in-house roles.
• Deep expertise in EPC contracts and infrastructure-related legal matters, with proven experience handling complex, high-value transactions.
• Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
