The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Legal Consultant to join their Tax & Legal Operations team within the global Business Services Operations function. This role focuses on providing high-quality legal support, contract lifecycle management, and compliance oversight for operations across APAC, with a specific emphasis on supporting the company's new manufacturing facility in Vietnam.

• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (manufacturing, procurement, sales, and marketing).
• Working knowledge of Vietnamese law and local regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in corporate secretarial matters and entity governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal tech/CLM platforms.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

• Ensure legal accuracy and compliance with internal contracting standards and governance.
• Support the standardization of legal processes, including the creation of playbooks and templates.

This role focuses on providing high-quality legal support, contract lifecycle management, and compliance oversight for operations across APAC, with a specific emphasis on supporting the company's new manufacturing facility in Vietnam.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (manufacturing, procurement, sales, and marketing).
• Working knowledge of Vietnamese law and local regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in corporate secretarial matters and entity governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with legal tech/Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders.

Stipend, Compensation & Mode

Compensation: ¥25,000 - ¥35,000 per month. The role also includes access to a bonus scheme, life/disability insurance, and a colleague discount.
