Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an educator to teach Software and Applications topics and guide youths and adult learners. The appointee will develop and maintain teaching curricula, review existing content, and participate in consultancy and applied research projects. Administrative work related to teaching and strategic initiatives will be expected.

The candidate should be resourceful, innovative, possess initiative and good communication skills, and be prepared to work in a team.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching and developing curriculum for software education.
• Ability to develop and review curriculum and improve employability.
• Keep current with trends in Software and Application Development.
• Support strategic initiatives through committee work and new courses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons, create teaching and assessment materials, and facilitate learning of students (youths and adult learners).
• Develop and maintain new/existing teaching curriculum with regular reviews.
• Keep current on trends and developments in Software and Application Development.
• Support strategic initiatives through involvement in committee work and projects.
