Job summary

Qualifications

• A recognised tertiary qualification in Engineering or Statistics.
• At least 2 years of relevant work/industrial experience in a related field.
• Knowledge in curricula design, pedagogy, online learning platforms, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver curricula to students.
• Collaborate in teams to foster innovation and entrepreneurship programmes.
• Lead or represent the school in committees and student development activities.
• Identify and spearhead new opportunities and collaborations with industry partners.
• Plan and undertake projects or co-developed training courses with stakeholders.
• Plan, develop and deliver CET programmes for adult learners and partners.
• Conduct and contribute to research in teaching and learning.
• Perform academic, administrative and related duties as assigned.
• Mentor and guide students in academic and personal development.
