Job summary

NYP School of Engineering in Singapore invites applications for a Lecturer to contribute to curriculum development, deliver lectures, and mentor learners on their lifelong learning journey in aerospace technologies.

You will build and update courses on Aerospace Digitalisation, Aircraft Systems & Diagnostics, Smart Maintenance, Aviation Data Analytics, Digital Twin, and related topics, while engaging with industry partners to provide real-world exposure.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant aerospace industry experience (MRO, manufacturing, operations, analytics).
• Passionate about education, mentoring, and student motivation.
• Strong industry linkages and ability to collaborate with partners.
• Self-driven, team-oriented and good written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct lessons and mentor students, creating teaching and assessment materials.
• Develop and maintain curriculum for aerospace topics including Digitalisation, Diagnostics, Data Analytics, Digital Twin.
• Undertake industry or research projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deploy effective pedagogical approaches to enhance learning.
• Represent committees and contribute to administrative tasks such as outreach and recruitment.
