A senior learning facilitator’s job scope includes managing stakeholders, assessing learning needs, planning, designing, developing, facilitating, and evaluating the effectiveness of training courses and programmes for PA staff, grassroots leaders, and other participants. The goal is to build a growth mindset and enhance knowledge and skills to better support PA’s role in community building in Singapore.
He/she will support and report to the Assistant Dean and Vice-Dean regarding synchronous and asynchronous training courses and programmes.
