In this pivotal position, you will be at the forefront of designing, coordinating, and delivering cutting-edge learning and development programs that support our global and regional objectives. Your Role:

  • Design and Deliver Tailored Learning Programs: Develop innovative training programs that address the unique needs of our teams, fostering employee growth while supporting Jet Aviation's global priorities.

  • Evaluate and Enhance Program Effectiveness: Measure and analyze the impact of learning initiatives using feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve and demonstrate a return on investment.

  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Partner with regional leaders, HR Business Partners, and key stakeholders to identify learning needs, design training schedules, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Facilitate Engaging Workshops: Lead interactive workshops and learning sessions that enhance leadership and employee skills, creating a dynamic learning environment.

  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and manage relationships with high-quality learning vendors to support the achievement of regional learning goals.

What Will Help You To Succeed:

  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field from an accredited university.

  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant or transferable experience in Learning & Development, with a solid track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to solve complex problems with a data-driven approach and a keen understanding of how to measure program success.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with all levels of leadership and drive regional requirements.

  • Project Management: Highly organized with strong facilitation, project management, and time management skills.

  • Research & Benchmarking: Ability to conduct thorough research and benchmarking to ensure that programs are current and best-in-class.
