What you'll do

You will be part of the company's leadership team and provide leadership and supervision to the Human Resource function. In addition to routine operations, you will provide essential leadership and guidance for the company's expansion and operationalization of new nursing homes.

With your leadership, we will be assured that we are on the way to being best in class in terms of excellence in manpower management, planning, and development.

Candidates with substantial and proven experience will be considered for the position of Director or Deputy Director in the first instance. Other candidates may be considered for the Assistant Director or Senior Manager role.

Requirements

1. Minimally proven 10 to 15 years of management/leadership track record with at least 8 years leading an HR team or department.
2. Ability to lead HR transformation and implement effective HR strategies to enhance company performance.
3. Able to demonstrate that your leadership efforts result in positive revenue effects and business impact. Please clearly illustrate and describe in your application.
4. Strong knowledge of HR-related legislations.
5. Experience within the healthcare sector is valuable but not essential.
