The role focuses on conceptual, pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC(I) phases with hands-on engineering, leadership, and strong collaboration with project teams. Responsibilities include setting technical standards, managing resources across projects, and ensuring design standardization through lessons learned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering.
• Proven hands-on process engineering in FPSO or offshore EPCI.
• Experience leading FPSO FEED/EPCI projects as Project Lead for Topsides Process.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of technical standards, procedures, and platforms.
• Manage topside process engineering resources and project progress.
• Maintain and disseminate Lessons Learned database for project execution.
