Job summary

Cognizant Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Lead – Supply Chain Planning (o9 Solutions) to design, implement, and support enterprise planning solutions using the o9 Digital Brain platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams to deliver scalable planning capabilities, drive digital transformation, and ensure seamless data flow across ERP and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing and configuring o9 Solutions for enterprise planning.
• Strong knowledge of Supply Planning, MRP, Inventory Planning, S&OP.
• Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead project workstreams and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and implementation of o9-based supply chain planning solutions.
• Develop end-to-end planning covering SP, MRP, Inventory, Procurement, Shipment, S&OP, and SEIO.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable planning solutions.
• Define solution architecture and configuration standards within the o9 platform.
• Drive integration of o9 with ERP systems and cloud data platforms.
• Provide guidance on planning processes, capabilities, and best practices.
• Support governance, planning, risk management, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and transformation.
• Support ongoing operations and optimization post-implementation.
• Manage stakeholder communications for alignment.
• Use JIRA, JSM, and ServiceNow to coordinate delivery and support.
