Job summary

Broadcom Singapore is seeking a Manager of IO and Mixed Signal Design to lead a team of electrical engineers in developing, testing, and delivering high-performance IOs and analog mixed-signal IP across Broadcom's business units. You will drive technically excellent designs while mentoring engineers and aligning with strategic goals.

You will oversee project planning, risk management, and collaboration with global teams to ensure silicon success and timely releases.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
• Project Management: Oversee IO and Mixed-Signal projects from planning to on-time delivery with high quality.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with IO, ESD, latch-up standards; guide troubleshooting and architecture decisions.
• Design and Development: Lead design of complex IP across multiple Broadcom business units and customers.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure designs meet stringent quality and silicon success criteria.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with global cross-functional teams and external customers for seamless integration.
• Budget and Resource Management: Allocate resources efficiently to meet business goals while developing engineers.
• Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation for internal and external users.
