Job description

• Provide SAP functional support to the Business as part of SAP L1 Support in Finance, Accounting, Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistic, Procurement, Industry business streams.
• Collecting business requirements
• Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
• Investigate, analyze problems & provide solution together with HQ / Global Teams
• Provide training and user support as required
• Document functional designs for business flows in the system
• Perform/organize test cases
• Integration with other Business Applications Systems into ERP System
• Join to project activities with HQ/Global Teams and vendor(s)

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Higher in Business, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• At least 3-year experience in any SAP S/4 Hana modules: SD, MM or FI in consumer electronic sales industry (holding SAP S/4 Hana proficiency / training certificate is a plus)
