Our client, a leading financial services institution with over 70 years of legacy and strong presence across Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, is expanding its technology team. They are looking for a Senior Lead Business Analyst to spearhead their Anti-Financial Crime Technology transformation journey.
In this high-impact role, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders and report directly to the Group Head. You will take ownership of the full functional business analysis lifecycle and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering key AFC Technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
Stakeholder Relationship Management- Develop strategic partnerships and align tech initiatives with business goals
- Champion the technology vision across business units
- Manage changes in business and stakeholder priorities
Capabilities & Requirements Analysis- Collaborate on delivery roadmaps and future-state architecture
- Document business processes and assess upstream/downstream impacts
- Translate requirements into functional specs and manage delivery
- Contribute to business case development and risk assessments
Testing & Scope Management- Define test strategies and address findings efficiently
- Manage scope and change requests under governance protocols
Post Go-Live- Support product sustainability with training and knowledge sharing
Lead & Develop Talent- Mentor junior business analysts
- Drive internal upskilling and capability-building efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with at least 8 years in financial services
- Proven expertise in Anti-Financial Crime tech programs (AML, KYC, Fraud)
- Familiarity with platforms like Detica or Actimise is a big plus
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and emerging trends
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
