Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for products and services across diverse sectors, in alignment with ISO 14040/14044, helping clients identify environmental hotspots and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform Product Carbon Footprints (PCF) calculations in accordance with ISO 14067, supporting clients in quantifying and reducing carbon impact.
• Provide technical expert advisory on carbon neutrality strategies, including emissions reduction planning, residual emissions accounting, and compliance with ISO 14064, ISO 14068, and other relevant frameworks.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and internal capability-building initiatives focused on LCA, carbon management, net-zero pathways, and circular economy principles.
• Contribute to business development, including the preparation of proposals, client engagements, and the strategic growth of sustainability-focused service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related discipline; Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, carbon management, or a related consulting environment.
• Strong technical background in LCA, carbon footprinting, and climate standards such as ISO 14040/14044, ISO 14067, ISO 14064, ISO 14068, and the GHG Protocol.
• Applied knowledge of carbon neutrality and net-zero frameworks, with a successful track record advising clients on climate commitments.
• Proven capability in managing complex sustainability projects, with strong collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and communication skills, able to distill complex concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting, management system certification or auditing considered a significant advantage.
• Practicing Management Consultant (PMC) certification is a plus.
