Senior Laser Safety Officer

We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Senior Laser Safety Officer who can:

1. Responsible for developing and implementing Laser Safety Program in MKS Lasers manufacturing factories.
2. Accountable for implementation of written laser safety processes and policies in each laser design and manufacturing factories.
3. Responsible to maintain knowledge of applicable EH&S regulations, standards and codes for Singapore, EU, US, China and Malaysia and for Lasers Manufacturing and Engineering factory compliance.
4. Develop Design For Safety (DFS) protocols and compliance requirements in Laser product development process (PDP).
5. Develop, deploy and review laser safety audit program in all Lasers Manufacturing and Engineering factories.
6. Develop, deploy and review Laser safety training program for onboarding new hires and annual training.
7. Develop, deploy and review PPE requirements for all Lasers Manufacturing and Engineering factories.
8. Develop, deploy and review Laser Safety signage requirements for all Lasers Manufacturing and Engineering factories.
9. Develop and publish newsletter communications for Laser Safety.
10. Provide guidance for laser related safety incident evaluation and corrective actions.
