You will develop project concept design, site plans, presentations, and sketches for hospitality and mixed-use developments, coordinating with leadership to meet design intent, schedule, and budget. The role requires 4+ years of landscape experience, proficiency with Photoshop, InDesign, SketchUp, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and possibly Revit or Rhino.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or related field.
• 4+ years of landscape and site design experience.
• Proficient in landscape software and drawing tools.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design landscape architectural projects from concept to finished drawings.
• Develop site plans including grading, planting, water features.
• Coordinate with senior leadership on design concepts and budgets.
• Prepare drawings, models, and presentation materials.
• Create diagrams, renderings, and conceptual graphics.
• Contribute to due diligence studies and site analysis.
• Oversee a small project team and coordinate client presentations.
• Ensure QA/QC on plans and compliance with codes.
