Job summary

C&W SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Arboriculture and Landscape Supervisor to oversee tree and landscape maintenance across client properties. You will supervise contractors, coordinate with arborists, and ensure safe work practices, while preparing cost estimates and client updates.

The role requires hands-on horticulture expertise, strong site-operations management, and the ability to identify tree health issues early, with ISA Arborist certification as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• ITC in Landscape Management / Landscape Design & Horticulture, or WSQ Advanced Certificate in Landscape Supervision, or WSQ Diploma in Landscape Management.
• Certified Practicing Horticulturist.
• ISA Certified Arborist (added advantage).
• Hands-on experience identifying early signs of plant/tree health issues and pest infestation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of trees, shrubs, hedges, ground covers, turf, potted plants, green walls, climbers, green roofs, irrigation systems and water features.
• Attend to feedback and close cases within the service levels of FMC Contract.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with landscape contractors and arborists.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals and contracts for ad-hoc works.
• Provide updates to the client and assist in KPI presentations.
