Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in landscape management or arboriculture.
• Willingness to perform outdoor work, weekends and after-hours when required.
• Proficient in MS Office and report writing.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with arborist and landscaping contractors to ensure contract compliance and works delivery.
• Track works progression and submit reports on schedule.
• Collaborate with agencies on tree-related works.
• Issue POs to contractors and verify payments.
• Maintain a centralised inventory database with current records.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks on-site.
• Attend to feedback from the public and stakeholders regarding trees/greenery.
• Provide input on new arborist and landscaping contracts, including KPIs.
• Learn and apply tree tilt sensors and digital inventory systems.
• Oversee budgeting of work programmes and greenery improvements.
