Job Description:

Be part of an exciting FAB Operations Team working on cutting-edge process technologies.
This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for a reliable individual to operate multiple types of semiconductor equipment in a cleanroom environment.
  • Ability to use computer-based programs and applications to perform daily work and duties.
  • Operate equipment based on required process specifications (e.g., procedures, change notifications, etc.).
  • Participate actively and be responsible for assigned on-the-job tasks and other required training when requested.
  • Provide machine operation coverage and backup support when necessary.
  • Understand equipment in charge, monitor performance, and communicate promptly with engineers to recover from equipment errors.
  • Demonstrate excellent teamwork to execute process sequences and data collection as required.
  • Follow safety protocols and rules in the cleanroom.
  • Maintain 6S standards in the work environment and report hazards or abnormal activities promptly.
  • Identify potential improvements in wafer processing cycle time, equipment utilization, safety, compliance, and cost savings.

Experience:

  • Diploma in Microelectronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor processes is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in semiconductor processes (e.g., photolithography, dry/wet etch/cleans, thin films, diffusions, chemical mechanical polishing, metrology) is advantageous.
  • Must be a self-starter, dependable, and highly motivated.
