Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead lab analysts and technicians in daily operations, ensuring compliance with accreditation and quality standards.

• Develop and validate analytical methods for chemical testing, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

• Manage lab inventory and equipment, including calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Support R&D, analytical metrology, and product quality assurance with technical expertise and issue resolution.

• Collaborate across departments on continuous improvement initiatives.

• Perform Quality Control tests, inspections, and analyses to ensure product compliance.

• Investigate quality issues, manage deviations, and implement CAPAs.

• Act as a quality lead to ensure products meet customer expectations.

Job Requirements:

• Master’s in Chemistry with 2–3 years or Bachelor’s with 5–6 years of QC lab experience.

• Experience in specialty chemicals or semiconductor wafer fabrication is a plus.

• Skilled in using instruments such as ICP/MS, GC/MS, UV-Vis, IC, HPLC, ICP/OES, NIR, et
