Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Lab Automation Support specialist to assist installation, debugging, qualification, and sustainment of automation tools in a high‑productivity lab.

You will support FAT/SAT/UAT activities, provide training to operators, and monitor tool performance and safety. The role requires a Diploma/NITEC or higher in engineering, plus hands‑on experience with equipment operation, automation, and data collection.

Qualifications

• Diploma / NITEC / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automation, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in equipment operation, manufacturing, lab operations, maintenance support, automation support, or data collection.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel, manufacturing systems, dashboards, or digital forms.
• Good teamwork, communication, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation, dry run, debug, FAT/SAT/PAC, UAT, qualification and release activities for automation tools.
• Support AMHS workflow testing, system trial runs, and operational readiness; verify logistics and system transactions.
• Assist engineers in data collection and validation for IE modeling and capacity planning.
