Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of complex network projects across LAN/WAN, data centers, and hybrid cloud environments in Singapore.

You will design architectures, implement security controls, integrate with NOC and monitoring platforms, and drive automation using Python, Bash, or Ansible. Candidates should have CCIE and multi-vendor experience, with strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 5–10 years of hands-on network engineering experience.
• 5+ years in network project delivery and implementation.
• CCIE certification required.
• Experience across multi-vendor environments.
• Strong design, migration, and cutover experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects (LAN, WAN, DC, Hybrid Cloud).
• Execute deployment, configuration, migration, and cutover activities.
• Develop MOPs, implementation plans, and rollback procedures.
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to managed services/NOC operations.
• Design scalable, resilient network architectures (Campus, Data Centre, Multi-site).
• Produce HLD and LLD documentation.
• Implement segmentation, zoning, and high-availability designs.
• Support hybrid environments integrating on-prem and cloud.
• Deploy and integrate monitoring platforms (NetGain Systems).
• Configure SNMP, credential polling, and telemetry collection.
• Define alert thresholds, policies, and tuning strategies.
• Integrate monitoring with incident workflows and NOC escalation.
