A reputable interior design firm in Singapore seeks a Sales Executive to develop client relationships within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will manage key accounts, conduct product demos, and achieve sales targets. A strong network in the industry and excellent negotiation skills are required. Established brand in the interior design and building materials industry
Attractive commissions and performance incentives (Basic + Commission + Bonus)
Basic up to $6000 (Commensurate based on experiences, client base and projects)

Strong client base including IDs, contractors, developers, and property owners
Location : Central OR East OR North
Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and developers
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and site visits
Provide professional consultation on building material solutions
Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams on project and delivery timelines
Proven sales experience, preferably in building materials, interior design, construction, or related fields
Strong network within the ID or construction industry is an advantage
Possess Class 3 licenses will be added to advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-oriented
Possess own vehicle is a plus (for client visits and site meetings)
Bilingual in English & Mandarin preferred (to liaise with clients and suppliers)
