Job summary

A private advertiser seeks a key account manager to enhance brand loyalty and drive sales in the Modern Trade channel. Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary communication liaison between key customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Distribution teams to achieve targeted results in the market.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major customers to enhance brand loyalty and competitiveness.
  • Oversee sales and operations across the entire Modern Trade (MT) Channel.
  • Liaise with customers on sales, promotional activities, and stock status to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Creation and Submission of new product listing, promotion or relevant information to retailers as needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) promotional activities.
  • Manage Sales and Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets to ensure promotional expenses stay within allocated limits.
  • Ensure flawless execution of all trade programs as per planned strategies.
  • Develop and implement account strategies for key customers based on thorough understanding of their needs and proposing solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
  • Conduct market and store visits to gather insights and support sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Degree preferably in Business/Marketing or relevant field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in key account management.
  • Preferably experience in Modern Trade (Supermarkets).
  • Possess own transport
