An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth and foster relationships with key retail partners. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, supporting contract negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in the FMCG or F&B sectors. Key Responsibilities:
1. Key Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners to ensure long-term collaboration and client satisfaction.
Monitor account performance, manage day-to-day operations, and address client needs promptly and professionally.
Support contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and identify new business opportunities to drive account growth.
Coordinate internally to ensure timely product delivery and service excellence.
2. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives aimed at increasing sales within key accounts.
Collaborate with the Sales team to align on account strategies, sales targets, and market insights.
3. Sales Reporting & Analysis
Analyze sales data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Prepare and present regular reports to internal stakeholders to support decision-making.
4. Budget Management Support
Assist in managing trade spend and contribute to budget forecasting and planning for key accounts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in key account management or sales operations, preferably in FMCG or F&B sectors.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
