Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and executing business plans with assigned key accounts with the objective of delivering sales targets and profits.
• Manage end-to-end key account projects and operational needs of assigned accounts.
• Work closely with the field sales force to improve speed and quality of execution.
• Manage sales A&P to facilitate the PO requisition, details update in the tracker, and ensure full-year sales A&P and trade spent budget accruals.

About You

Education: Diploma in Business, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant key account management expertise in the FMCG industry.
• Able to work independently, energetic, and highly passionate about driving sales growth.
• Good team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
