Job summary

GECO Asia Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Kafka Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka and the Confluent ecosystem. You will work with data engineers, architects, DevOps, and stakeholders to implement event-driven architectures and enterprise-grade streaming platforms.

Minimum 10 years IT experience with at least 4 years in Kafka, experience with Confluent, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of total IT experience with at least 4 years in Kafka or event streaming.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale data integration and streaming solutions.
• Strong customer-facing, analytical and communication skills across tech and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka and Confluent technologies.
• Translate requirements into scalable event-driven architectures and integration solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and DevOps to deliver reliable streaming platforms.
• Support Kafka deployments across cloud environments and contribute to performance, security, and reliability.
