A leading company in the education sector seeks a dynamic Sales & Customer Service Representative. The role involves owning the sales cycle, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing operations at the learning center. Ideal candidates are sales-driven, communicative, and familiar with the education sector, with a competitive salary and uncapped incentives offered.
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Enrollment
Own the full sales cycle: from first contact to enrollment. Follow up on daily leads quickly and effectively to convert prospects into paying customers.
Consistently achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach, persuasive communication, and value-driven consultations.
Invite and close potential customers by positioning trial classes as must-attend opportunities.
Proactively drive re-enrollment by guiding families through renewals, addressing objections, and reinforcing the benefits of continued learning.
2. Customer Service
Greet and assist students and parents, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
Address inquiries and concerns from parents and guardians in a professional and timely manner, whether in person or over the phone.
Gather and analyze feedback from parents and students to ensure continuous improvement of services.
Resolve issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary, maintaining a focus on positive experiences.
3. Operations & Administration
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the learning center to ensure a smooth and safe environment.
Track attendance, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate records.
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of classes, ensuring that students and teachers are promptly notified of any schedule changes and necessary updates.
Support the administrative side of enrollments, including managing student records, processing invoices, and updating databases.
Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of necessary resources.
Requirements
Sales-Driven: At least 1–2 years of experience in a sales or customer acquisition role, ideally with proven success meeting or exceeding quotas. E.g. insurance sales, retail sales
Persuasive Communicator: Confident, articulate, and able to connect with customers in English (Mandarin/Malay/Tamil is a plus).
Customer-Centric: Empathetic, proactive, and passionate about helping families find the right learning solutions.
Fast-Paced Performer: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Industry Familiarity: Knowledge of the education or enrichment sector is a bonus.
Remunerations and benefit details
Competitive Base Salary: Up to SGD 6,000, commensurate with experience
