Zusammenfassung

BGC Group Pte Ltd is hiring for a software engineering role in Singapore. You will actively participate in PI planning and Agile ceremonies, lead BPMN 2.0 modelling tasks, and contribute to the adoption of new products while strengthening engineering practices.

Requirements include strong Java/Spring Boot expertise, experience with Flowable, microservices patterns, and SQL databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL). Prior banking domain experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Flowable (Open Source or Enterprise).
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot) and Maven/Gradle.
• Hands-on BPMN 2.0 modelling experience.
• Familiarity with microservices and event-driven design patterns.
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases; writing efficient SQL queries.

• Participate in PI planning and Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning).
• Develop the product approval process and support engineering culture initiatives.
• Contribute to Software Solutions strategy and maintain common platforms.
• Work on adoption of new products within our offering; ensure risk management and regulatory compliance.
