Job summary

TECH AALTO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Java Microservices Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications on Alibaba Cloud using Java, Spring Boot, and a microservices approach.

This role focuses on backend development, cloud-native systems, and distributed architectures. You will implement scalable REST APIs, ensure security and reliability, optimize performance, and collaborate with DevOps to deploy on ECS, ACK, OSS, and related services.

Qualifications

Senior Java Microservices Developer – Alibaba Cloud

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Microservices Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and Alibaba Cloud services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, DevOps practices,and relational and NoSQL databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain robust Java-based applications.
• Develop scalable and secure microservices usingJava 8/11/17and the Spring ecosystem.
• Build RESTful APIs usingSpring BootandSpring MVC.
• Implement persistence layers usingSpring Data JPA, Hibernate, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Apply appropriate design patterns and best practices to create maintainable and reusable code.
• Develop multithreaded and concurrent applications with a strong understanding of Java collections and exception handling.
• Analyze and improve application performance through JVM tuning, profiling, and optimization.
• Design and implement microservices components such as:

• Fault tolerance and resiliency mechanisms
