Job Type: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the development of solutions to meet business requirements.
• Drive standardization and best practices during the implementation of solutions.
• Own technical designs, code development, and component test execution to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Create and maintain configuration documents.
• Contribute to strategy and roadmap planning for applications.
• Explore and evaluate new technologies to enhance existing solutions.
• Lead discussions and workshops to identify and clarify business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to optimize and propose alternative solutions when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues independently with minimal supervision.

The Ideal Candidate Should Possess

• A Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science or IT.
• Proficiency in Java and related technologies such as Java, Spring, Spring WebFlux, GraphQL, OData, and RESTful web services.
• Experience in frontend development with Angular or React.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills with a solid understanding of design patterns.
• Experience in SQL Database design, preferably with Oracle.
• Experience in API Management and API Documentation.
• Proficiency with Test-Driven Development (TDD), Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM), and SOLID principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.
• A self-starter attitude with a strong sense of project ownership, capable of meeting deadlines and handling time constraints.
• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for continuous learning.
