Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance applications, enjoys working in agile teams, and is passionate about delivering clean, efficient, and maintainable code. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade solutions that meet business needs and technical standards.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri

Working Location: Central

Salary Package: Up to $8200 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java frameworks.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and other developers to define technical solutions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security through best coding practices.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues in production and non-production environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java Developer (5+ years, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity).
• Strong knowledge of Java 8+, Spring Framework / Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React, or similar).
• Knowledge of performance tuning and application security best practices.
• Professional certifications in Java or cloud technologies.
