Overview

The exchange team develops and maintains a cutting-edge trading platform. With a global presence across APAC, EMEA and North America, the team has grown with the goal of providing a seamless and secure trading experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the full-stack design, development and implementation of products and solutions for our derivatives exchange platform in a number of micro-service based components
• Work closely with product management to continuously optimize existing models/products/algorithms or develop new ones
• Participate in code auditing, testing and release processes
• Build a rapidly deployable system with automated testing, continuous integration and delivery
• Identify problems in back-end infrastructure and platforms and implement solutions
• Analyze and solve cross-stack problems
• Collaborate with the security team to build and operate high-security and scalable back-end services
• Assist in the management of all code and function implementation documents
• Work closely with the DevOps team to continuously upgrade and improve the technology stack

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience programming in Java
• Preferably experience at an Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Exchange developing trading applications in Equity, FX or Derivative products in traditional or crypto markets
• Adapt and understand TDD methodology and experience with automated testing
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility; a collaborative, proactive approach
• Open to challenges and eager to learn
• Ability to work under pressure, quick learner and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-moving industry
• Derivative product experience is a plus
