Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of backend development experience.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Troubleshooting: Lead investigation and resolution of complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Feature Evolution: Design, develop, and deploy change requests, ensuring new features integrate with existing architecture without regressions.
• System Maintenance: Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement long-term fixes.
• Code Quality & Mentorship: Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in Java development.
• Legacy Modernization: Identify opportunities to refactor and modernize older codebases for maintainability, scalability, and security.
