Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven/asynchronous development.
• Experience with Flowable Workflow Management and State Machines.
• Strong Spring Security, OAuth, and JWT knowledge.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, GraphQL, and OpenAPI.
• Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise contexts.
• Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate, Jakarta EE.
• Experience with JMS or RabbitMQ preferred.
• Database expertise: Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, or MongoDB.
• Proficiency in design patterns, OOP, TDD/BDD, and automated testing.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD; Maven/Gradle; SonarQube.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Develop reliable APIs and service integrations for complex enterprise applications.
• Build asynchronous and event-driven solutions with Kafka and messaging tech.
• Design and implement workflow-driven apps using Flowable and State Machines.
• Secure services with Spring Security, OAuth, and JWT.
• Work on distributed apps in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
• Support high transaction volumes with scalable service components.
• Integrate backend with web apps and external enterprise systems via REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, QA, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize performance.
• Participate in design/code reviews, automated testing, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and engineering standards.
