Job Responsibilities:
- Research, design, develop, and deploy solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Implement security measures to protect data and IT systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
- Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring availability, reliability, and performance.
- Assist the manager in leading or co-leading various IT projects.
- Monitor logs for security threats and abnormalities.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
- Manage incidents and problems effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maximize functionality and user experience.
- Serve as backup personnel for the IT Support Office on vessels.
- Handle IT procurement, billing management, and vendor management.
- Conduct daily, monthly, and annual IT operational checklists.
- Automate IT processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Opportunity to travel for vessel support.
Minimum Requirements:
- Strong in M365 admin modules with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in deploying and administering Microsoft Intune, Compliance, and Security modules.
- Over 5 years of experience as L2 support in mid to large enterprises with more than 100 staff, with proven experience in managing IT projects as a project manager or facilitator.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical issues effectively to users.
- Strong networking skills and experience managing next-generation firewalls.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience.
- ITIL certification is required.
- MS-102 - M365 Certified Administrator Expert (preferred).
