Job summary

ARCHANA SUPERMARKET PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to lead a small IT team and own design, planning, and maintenance of the company’s server, network, and software infrastructure.

You will oversee virtualization (VMware, Citrix), implement security measures, manage VPN and remote access, monitor performance, and document systems while supporting business operations across weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills.
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities

• Configure internal systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Supervise the Operations team
• Upgrade the network infrastructure
• Install servers, devices, and firewalls
• Provide technical services and support for the company IT infrastructure
• Monitor performance of servers, software, and hardware
• Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
• Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing systems
