Job summary

A leading company in high-tech manufacturing seeks a Database Developer to develop and maintain CIM database applications and ensure system performance and data integrity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with at least 3 years of experience in CIM systems and strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with CIM systems.
• Solid experience with UNIX/Linux scripting.
• Familiarity with MES, TIB/RV, and shop floor automation is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ERDs and schemas for CIM databases.
• Design, implement, and support CIM database applications, scripts, processes, and workflows.
• Monitor data integrity and system performance across CIM databases and interfaces.
• Develop and manage reporting structures to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with System Administrators and DBAs to ensure system availability and stability.
• Work with IT teams and cross-functional groups to achieve departmental objectives.
• Participate in global and multi-site project implementations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with CIM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Solid experience with UNIX/Linux scripting.
• Familiarity with MES, TIB/RV, and shop floor automation is a plus.
• Java development experience is an advantage.
• Experience in high-tech manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in teams.
