Job Description:

Job Role

This position will be involved in the building and integration of information systems to meet the organizations goal of a fully integrated system. He/She will assess current systems architecture and recommend solutions to improve it. Provide supervision and guidance to application teams. Continual research on current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed. He/she will be responsible for architecture, design, quality control with various vendors.

Main Responsibilities

• Perform technical architecture oversight for the IT systems in the client including architecture roadmap planning and implementation.
• Oversee system interfaces including external agencies ie. ILTC, National Electronic Health Record System.
• Provide guidance to application teams on various systems ie. Medical, Clinical, Finance, Donation and others.
• Work with management to spearhead new technology including planning/supervision for the upgrade of existing systems.
• Assist IT Manager in formulating a sustainable workforce to meet increasing IT demands with limited resource.
• Informing various stakeholders about any problems with current technical solutions implemented and propose remedial actions.
• Provide advisory on the business impact of technical choices made.
• Regular updates to stakeholders on latest technological trends.

Qualification (Related Field)

• Degree in Computer Studies or related field

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of strong technical experience in Microsoft technologies
• Minimum 10 years of technical experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Proven experience in various system design and architecture
• Experience in Healthcare domain will be advantageous.
• Experience in Integration with external agencies will be advantageous.
