Job description

Position

Join us as an IT Support Specialist to take charge of the Singapore HQ’s IT infrastructure, providing essential support and collaborating with regional teams. Lead IT projects for retail boutiques and events while ensuring system security. Be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment!

Job responsibilities

Support-Based Responsibilities (Main Function)

  1. Manage the operations of the Singapore HQ Office.
  2. Support all users’ workstations, including hardware and applications, at Level 1 & 2 support.
  3. Maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the location, including conference room equipment and network equipment (IT closet, WiFi).
  4. Serve as the main IT resource onsite.
  5. Collaborate closely with the regional IS&T team based in Hong Kong.
  6. Train and work with the third-party Service Desk team responsible for Level 0 & 1 support of all Dior users.
  7. Create and maintain knowledge bases and documentation repositories.
  8. Participate in project roadmap activities at the IT corporate level in collaboration with the Regional IT Service Manager, including:
  • Asset management of hardware for corporate and stores.
  • Assist with local IT projects and collaborate with regional HK and central teams in Paris.

IT Store and Event Support

  1. Oversee technology-related projects within retail store environments.
  2. Manage vendor communications, deliverables, and cost negotiations.
  3. Implement IT solutions in stores and events, including POS systems, networks, and infrastructure.
  4. Communicate project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders regularly.
  5. Coordinate with regional IT on network configurations and device procurement.

Security Officer

  1. Maintain IT security topics for Singapore.
  2. Work with the Regional IT Security Manager to detect suspicious activities on company devices.

Profile

► Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

► Work Experience

  • 4-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Experience supporting computer hardware (PC, Laptop, Smartphone, Video Conference devices) and software (Windows Desktop, MS Office/365, Teams, Outlook), basic troubleshooting, and managing Windows Server & Active Directory.

► Skills

  • Team player, proactive, responsible, customer service-oriented, outgoing, with good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
