Job responsibilities
Support-Based Responsibilities (Main Function)
- Manage the operations of the Singapore HQ Office.
- Support all users’ workstations, including hardware and applications, at Level 1 & 2 support.
- Maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the location, including conference room equipment and network equipment (IT closet, WiFi).
- Serve as the main IT resource onsite.
- Collaborate closely with the regional IS&T team based in Hong Kong.
- Train and work with the third-party Service Desk team responsible for Level 0 & 1 support of all Dior users.
- Create and maintain knowledge bases and documentation repositories.
- Participate in project roadmap activities at the IT corporate level in collaboration with the Regional IT Service Manager, including:
- Asset management of hardware for corporate and stores.
- Assist with local IT projects and collaborate with regional HK and central teams in Paris.
IT Store and Event Support
- Oversee technology-related projects within retail store environments.
- Manage vendor communications, deliverables, and cost negotiations.
- Implement IT solutions in stores and events, including POS systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders regularly.
- Coordinate with regional IT on network configurations and device procurement.
Security Officer
- Maintain IT security topics for Singapore.
- Work with the Regional IT Security Manager to detect suspicious activities on company devices.
Profile
► Education & Professional Qualifications
- Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
► Work Experience
- 4-5 years of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Experience supporting computer hardware (PC, Laptop, Smartphone, Video Conference devices) and software (Windows Desktop, MS Office/365, Teams, Outlook), basic troubleshooting, and managing Windows Server & Active Directory.
► Skills
