Catholic Welfare Services is a large charity in Singapore, running various programmes from 3 Nursing Homes, homeless shelters, and other various social service programmes. The successful candidate will be a key member of the internal IT team, supporting all of CWS IT needs and must be aligned to the culture and values of the organisation.

Job Description :

• Support and or lead strategic IT projects

• Ensure compliance with relevant sector and cybersecurity requirements

• Work closely with relevant external vendors where necessary

• Create and manage Microsoft Forms, Power Automate flows, and .NET software to make IT tasks easier.

• Work with different teams to understand their IT needs and build useful tools.

• Keep up with new Microsoft technologies and best practices.

• Help fix computer issues for staff (especially related to end-user devices).

• Willing to work from different sites across Singapore.

• Be available to provide IT support after working hours for urgent matters.

Job Requirements

Technical Skills

• At least 3 years working experience in an IT role.

• Good at using Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and Power Automate.

• Experience in C# or .NET programming is a bonus.

• Basic knowledge of IT security and rules for safe IT practices.

Soft Skills

• Good at solving problems and thinking clearly.

• Communicates well with users and team members.

Education

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field is preferred.

• Proven experience in software scripting / coding is a plus.
