FWD Group is seeking a senior IT Security leader to drive the Security program for the Singapore Business Unit. You will work with the local IT team and Group IT Security to ensure security by design across projects and lifecycle processes, and to monitor compliance with MAS TRM, outsourcing guidelines, and PDPC requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of IT security management experience, preferably in Financial Services.
• Leadership experience within a Business IT Security context.
• Certification on CISSP or CRISC is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead the IT Security function for the Business Unit with support from Group IT Security.
• Define and maintain a Local Business Unit IT Security Program.
• Drive local IT security initiatives, project definitions, architecture choices and operations framework.
• Coordinate rollout of Group IT Security Initiatives in country.
• Develop IT Security Metrics and risk mapping and drive remediation with Group and local teams.
