Job summary

Xenith is a B2B fintech platform expanding across Singapore and Indonesia. We seek a hands-on IT/security engineer to own the technology backbone, build scalable policies, and steer tooling choices.

You’ll support engineering, product, commercial, operations, and finance—driving security, access governance, and automation. You’ll shape the end-to-end security program, work with multiple regions, and influence how our IT function serves the whole company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT, endpoint, or systems engineering with ownership.
• Hands-on macOS and Windows fleet management and MDM experience.
• Identity and access lifecycle ownership including SSO and MFA.
• Scripting ability to automate repetitive tasks (Bash/PowerShell/Python).
• Experience with VPN, firewalls and least-privilege design.
• Experience with regulated environments and producing audit evidence.
• Clear communication with non-technical colleagues and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own endpoint management across macOS and Windows devices, including enrolment, encryption, policy, and remote wipe.
• Manage identity lifecycle: joiners, movers, leavers, SSO, MFA, provisioning and revocation.
• Administer core platforms, licensing, security configurations and cost.
• Run security operations: protection, patching, phishing defence, incident response.
• Lead vendor security reviews and produce reusable responses for audits.
• Create access reviews, asset records, and audit evidence continuously.
• Maintain network posture and least-privilege access across offices and regions.
• Oversee procurement and hardware lifecycle, vendor relationships, warranties.
• Support engineers and non-technical teams with clear, speedy assistance.
• Evaluate and introduce tooling; automate provisioning, onboarding, reporting.
